2024 IMPACT REPORT

We’re excited and proud to share Central Asia Institute’s 2024 Impact Report with you, as we celebrate the individuals whose lives have been transformed thanks to the support of so many dedicated donors.  Behind last year’s program data and financial results are incredible personal stories of transformation, resilience, and hope.

Please know that at CAI, we are deeply grateful for every gift we receive. We consider each donation to be precious, and we strive to ensure that every penny is used effectively. That is our promise to you.

In today’s chaotic world, we know that you weigh the pros and cons of making a charitable gift carefully – choosing which causes to support, how much to give, and where your money will have the greatest impact. When you do decide to give, it’s because you’ve thought long and hard about it. By being transparent in our financials and program statistics, we hope you feel confident in your choice to give to Central Asia Institute.

In fiscal year 2023-2024, Central Asia Institute provided nearly 38,000 children and adults with high-quality programs. We supported more than 25,000 students (primarily girls), over 1,000 teachers (mostly females), and 200 female entrepreneurs, among others. We continued our long-term support for 300+ community schools, ensuring access to quality education and a healthy and safe learning environment through school upgrades, new classrooms, gender-segregated toilets, e-learning facilities, new computer labs, and early childhood education programs. We assisted hundreds of aspiring women in creating sustainable businesses.
