Champions of the Golden Valley

On Friday, November 1st at 7:00 pm MST we are hosting a private screening of the acclaimed documentary, “Champions of the Golden Valley,” at the historic Ellen Theatre in Bozeman, Montana, USA. 

Following the screening, there will be a panel discussion with the film’s producer, Katie Stjernholm; Ambassador Richard Boucher, former Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia; and Alice Thomas, CAI Executive Director. 

“Champions of the Golden Valley” is an inspirational story of how a passion for skiing helped bridge ethnic divides in war-torn Afghanistan and how those dreams were shattered when the country fell to the Taliban. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet CAI staff in person and to learn more about how our work in Afghanistan continues despite the challenges posed by the Taliban.

Tickets for the event are $19.50 each and can be purchased directly through The Ellen’s box office.
