As winter sets in, displaced Afghans need your support now more than ever.
As winter sets in, displaced Afghans need your support now more than ever.
In August, Afghanistan fell to the Taliban. Today, those who have most to fear – Afghanistan’s women and children – are fighting for their lives.
Displaced by conflict, thousands of women and children fled with nothing but the clothing on their backs. And many of them are still living on the streets, with nowhere else to go.
With the onset of winter, poverty running rampant, and conditions getting worse by the day, they need your help now more than ever.
Over the coming months, our support will continue to target the most vulnerable people including children, people with disabilities, pregnant and lactating women, and families displaced by conflict.
With your support they will have mats to sleep on, blankets for warmth, fuel for cooking, and books, pencils, and toys for their children. And so much more.
The needs right now are immense. So too is what’s at stake. A gift in any amount makes a difference for an Afghan woman or child. Thank you!
